Description
Mushroom Compost Humus is a nutrient-rich organic soil amendment made from composted materials left after mushroom production, including straw, manure, and organic matter. It has a neutral pH of approximately 6.0–7.0 (±0.5), making it suitable for a wide range of plants.
Lab testing rates this product very good to excellent in NPK (ppm levels), and its high organic content allows it to absorb and retain water at up to 80% of its weight, compared to roughly 15% for clay soils. This makes it an excellent choice for improving soil health and moisture retention.
